You are new to space engineers. Do you want to get really good at it? But you don’t have a lot of time to play. You have been on other servers and the moderator says the server is private after you spend a lot of time building. You were looking for something different in this game. You are tired of the lag when you join creative servers.  You are tired of spending a lot of time building and then the server is not updated so it’s not accessible for months. Do you need a server where the moderator is on every day?

Space engineers is loaded with bugs and hiccups. You spend weeks building a ship, something stupid happens and your time is wasted. Perhaps you’re just looking for an adventure but you don’t want to play single player. The nexus galaxy is a server unlike any other. Where you can learn to build or you can explore.

Nexus galaxy is searchable in the steam servers list, make sure that you set your filter to include survival servers. Many very talented creators have emerged from the Nexus Galaxy. Will you be the next?

As a freedom server almost anything is open. Browse our ships and we will be happy to spawn one for you and put your name on it for you to use. Looking for a place to start that’s not ridiculous but challenging choose one of our bases. We can Spawn one for you to start with.  Or you can start with a very basic one no different than the drop pods but a place where you won’t get killed by spiders every 30 seconds. 

Tell us what your skill level is and we can also set up an adventure for you. Starting from the outcast with very limited supplies, to the Nexian. With a small base with a miner and limited supplies, or a resident of a full space station with your own ship docked ready to go. Or maybe you want to be one of the greats, to build ships that most people only dream of building. You will begin at Nexia at space side, a school rich with knowledge from other players that have both invented and created magnificent ships and bases. 

As a freedom server we are role-play, non-role-play PVP, PVE. Soon there will be a checked message board here, and the current space side message board.  But what does all of this mean to you? No more suffer engineers the nickname we have given this game for many reasons. Some examples: you turned off your med bay and were killed. The next day or that day your ship is re-stationed at a base of your choice. You forgot to put a GPS location on your base and can’t find it. You fell through the planet and took part of your ship with you because your Internet connection stopped and the ship crashed while you were off-line.  You created a base or ship and someone else destroyed it. All of these things are problems of the past with this server and more.
